When I was offered the job, I got an email welcoming me to the Tribe and I thought it was a bit cheesy, but this is my tribe and these are my people. I have been given the space and the opportunity to grow both personally and professionally, in a safe space, knowing that everyone has my back and even though we dont agree on everything, we are all pulling in the same direction and have the same goals, to make recruitment fairer, faster and better. This is not just a strapline, its a way of life.

Working at Tribepad for the past two years in finance has been a rewarding journey. The company culture is collaborative and forward-thinking, which makes even the busiest days feel purposeful. Coming from a job I was previously in for over 12 years I was a bit nervous at first but I instantly seemed to fit in as everyone is so welcoming, making me feel like part of "The Tribe" from the get go. I've had the chance to grow professionally whilst contributing to projects that genuinely make a difference. The team is supportive, and there's a real sense of pride in the work we do here, we are like a little family, all striving to do our best for the business!

When I joined Tribepad in 2015, it was big-name customers and little ol' me on a steep learning curve with no idea what I was in for. Luckily, there was plenty of support (and hot chocolate!) from a team that genuinely cares. Tribepad's always trusted me to take on more, and they genuinely believe in developing people which has helped me grow, push myself, and shape my own career. I get to work with a wonderfully diverse range of clients, and it's fun, friendly, and full of committed people who genuinely care.
